Statement on bullying: 

I believe that no matter how hard you try and how much you bend over backwards, they will always judge you critically.

I first encountered bullying in elementary school. Only today, through many further training courses, did I realize that my own class teacher gave the impetus and space for my classmates. 

In order not to be disappointed again, I was wary and wary of new contacts from now on - one more reason for others. High school, training and IT studies have shown me that bullying can happen anywhere.  Now I'm working in one of the most prejudiced and shared industries there is. The fashion and beauty industry. How much space is bullying actually given there? How are those affected doing? And what helped me personally to deal with it?
