Alexandra Meraner founded the Yogartista company in 2007 - now Meraner Care.

Alexandra has been practicing yoga for a long time, in 2007 she turned her love into her job.

She is in great demand internationally and nationally with health yoga workshops, further training and workshops on a wide variety of health topics. She works with psychotherapist Dr. Susanne Stöckl-Gibs, was a guest speaker at Dr. Peter Poeckh's yoga therapy training in Mödling and is currently a guest speaker at Remo Rittiner's yoga therapy training, the 200h yoga teacher training in "Im Glücksraum, BeWegung mit Herz" and for the  Yoga teacher training from "Bliss-Yoga Salzburg". You can be seen again and again in ORF Sport plus Yogamagazin.

In 2016 she founded PhysioYoga Austria together with a physiotherapist.

Since 2017 she has been supporting prevent AT work as a health coach in their efforts to make companies healthier.

Our feelings are reflected in our body language. Our posture and our feelings are mutually dependent. We can actively use this fact for ourselves and our well-being. Sad, but also depressed young people can possibly even alleviate their sadness/depression through physical exercise and an upright posture! Basically, straightening up is nothing more than behaving in the opposite way to your sad/depressive feelings, “acting like you have energy, are in a good mood and are optimistic”.

In this interview, I also explain what a stooped posture can also cause physically.

Charlie Brown of the Peanuts once said, "When you're depressed, it makes a world of difference how you look. The worst thing you can do is stand up straight and keep your head high, because that will make you feel better immediately. If you really want to enjoy your depression, then you have to let your shoulders and head hang forward.”
